Nordic ad spend increases by 5.3%

IRM has now published the report ”The Nordic Advertising Market 2017” which illustrates ad spend development in the Nordic markets during 2017. 


During 2017, investment in the Nordic Advertising market increased by 5.3% (fixed 2017 exchange rate) and amounted to €8.5 billion*. In Sweden, the largest market with the largest growth impact, ad spend yet again showed a remarkably strong growth rate. The Danish and Norwegian markets both displayed solid growth as well. In Finland, the smallest Nordic market with the lowest per capita spend, ad investment decreased marginally.
